Before You Get in Touch
Yes. Most of our commercial clients are cleaned before 8am or after close. We also cover weekends and overnight where a site needs it. Your schedule is set during the site survey.
Every Fatiss cleaner is DBS checked and trained before they attend a site, and we carry full public liability insurance. We're happy to send our certificate to your facilities or HR team.
No. Commercial cleaning runs on a rolling agreement with 30 days' notice on either side. We'd rather keep the work by doing it well.
Yes, under a signed key-holding agreement. Keys are logged, stored securely and never labelled with your address or business name.
We bring everything: eco-certified products, colour-coded cloths to prevent cross-contamination, and our own machines. If you'd prefer us to use your consumables, we can do that too.
